These terms apply to the informational website at tekmila.com. The website introduces TEKMILA's integrated engineering and technology activities, including power, automation, renewable energy, infrastructure, mechanical and MEP, and IT and digital capabilities.

These website terms do not replace a signed proposal, purchase order, statement of work, employment agreement or other contract entered into with TEKMILA.

Service descriptions, illustrative images, sample use cases and general explanations are provided for an initial understanding of our capabilities. They are not detailed engineering designs, professional certifications, permits or site-specific technical advice.

Technical scope, engineering standards, safety procedures, deliverables and responsibilities must be confirmed through a separate written agreement where relevant.

Submitting an enquiry through the Request a Quote or Contact page does not create a project contract or obligate either party to proceed.

A quotation or proposal, if issued, may be subject to scope verification, site conditions, validity dates, commercial assumptions and acceptance terms set out in the actual proposal. No completion time, pricing or project outcome is guaranteed solely by the website.

Visitors should provide accurate information where reasonable, use the forms for genuine enquiries and refrain from sending unlawful, deceptive, malicious or unauthorized materials.
